No:18 Kat:7 No:44 Şehitkamil, Gaziantep, Turkey, (“Cihangir Global”) makes structural engineering, architecture and consultancy for buildings, vocational trainings, online and in-class courses,  information, products, programs, applications, tools, plug-ins, add-ons, libraries, books, content, data, solutions, services and/or other materials (collectively, “products”).

Collecting and Using Personal Data

We don’t collect any personal data by visiting our website. But, in some areas of the site, we ask you to provide information that will enable us to process an order, offer services that require registration, assist you with technical support issues or to follow up with you. Generally, Cihangir Global requests identifying information when you:

  • Contact us by e-mail, phone or other means.
  • Place an order.
  • Provide feedback to an online survey or tell us about an idea or suggestion.
  • Participate in a discount program, contest or other promotional offer.
  • Request information or files from technical support or customer service.

In these instances, Cihangir Global may ask for personal data like your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and other appropriate information needed to provide you with these services.

In all instances, if you receive a newsletter or other mailing from us, you will always be able to “unsubscribe” to these mailings at any time.

We sell our apps and training courses through Autodesk App Store and Udemy platforms.

When you purchase any of our product through Autodesk Apps Store or Udemy, we collect information from our payment processors (BlueSnap and Payoneer) which may include customer name, address, email and transaction id and we do not store credit card or other financial information (other than confirmation that payment in a certain amount has been made) to send purchase confirmation message.

We don’t collect any personal data via our products, programs, applications, tools, plug-ins, add-ons, libraries. However, those products may use third-party code and libraries that collect information for improve their services. Note that these external third-party code and libraries are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party code and libraries. The information those products request will be used and retained on your device and is not collected or shared by app in any way.

Our products do not log any personal data in any way.

Our products do not use cookies explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information for improve their services.

We may use your personal data;

  • To support your customer relationship with us.
  • If further information is required from you to complete a service or to inform you about relevant news, something you always can opt out from receiving.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. Apart from this, Cihangir Global does not share, rent, or sell any personal data to any outside organization for use in its any reason.

Retention of Data

We will retain personal data only for as long as is necessary. We will retain and use personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
